dear sonic ...in life there are many risks and all have consequences you can not allow yourself to not act on how you feel about a person ...place or thing because you fear rejection or anything else negective...no one can give you the answer ....theres no magic solution...
my suggestion to you is be yourself...do not put up any false fronts to meet with this person.....that will only rob her and you ...take a deep breathe and move ...
be honest ...tell her you been wanting to talk to her awhile but you felt__________(use you true feelings...be it nervous ,afraid or whatever you truly are feeling) people at any age respect honesty and if she is a nice person i assure you she will not hurt you even if her answer is not the one you want...and if its not ...don't give up ...let her know that you admire her and want her in your life as a friend....many wonderful marriages and unions begin with honest friendship ...infact if you ask me you can not have anything bonding if there is no friendship from start...
you could do this by bringing her a simple flower...something you picked yourself ....don't go over board ...a simple hand picked flower says you took the time for her to find that perfect flower to show her she means something to you...a gift that would be long remembered after the flower has left this world...and you can not put any price on such a warm and tender memory like that...
so thats my advice...*be honest...confident (in knowing that whatever she decides you are worth knowing )
**expect nothing but the opportunity to talk with her at that moment you and her agree to share how you feel...and sunshine heres the hardest part...
***listen to her ...do not listen to your fears or think about having sex with her...stay in that 1st tender moment of sharing how you feel ...
****do this bearing a simple gift of a flower...or a small bouquet of wild flowers...but keep it simple ...think of it as a heart felt gesture of friendship( i may add ,though i don't think i have to ,when you are picking this flower(s) think of her and your words to her (not what she might answer )
*****wait and allow her ,her reply and respect it...if its not what you wanted to hear let her know you still wanna be friends...

Well, me being a girl, can tell you what to say. Firstly, do you think she has any interest in you? If so, get a friend to hint her on about someone liking her. The best way to do this is just come out and say it. Most girls really love it when guys say what they feel. If her reaction is positive you should ask her out. Say something like, "Look, I really like you. I was wondering if maybe sometime you'd want to go out" or just come out and say "will you be my girlfriend?" tell her you understand if she says no but it make you happy if she said yes. This stuff is fool proof! Good Luck with the girl!

ask her if she is busy this weekend and if she asks why tell her you where just wondering if she wanted to hang out and maybe go out to dinner and if she asks you if you are asking her out tell her if she wants it to be a date than its a date if she just wants to come as a friend thats fine with you that way she won't feel like she has to say yes... You should ask her if there is a movie out that she would like to go see. If so, offer to take her. Do not be too afraid or it could be a turn-off, trust me.

Since you say your in school just do like the other kids do "Write a note" or have another person ask her out for you. Or just do it yourself! I like it when guys ask me out themself. It doesn't make them seem shy.

okay well if you never talk to her and just randomly ask her out it might seem like your just desperate for a date so try talking to her normally so she can get to know you and then just be like, we should hangout sometime. that normally means your interested in her. if you want to know if she likes you you can ask her. just be like, um just wondering but do you like me? it might be hard but its always hard. if she says in what way. just say, well i kinda like you so i was wondering if you like me.? or anything near that or whatever words that asks the question that you feel comfortable asking

depends if she is way out of your leuge dont even try but if you got a chance you could try to be funny or talk to her , dont try the "tough" guy thing and dont be to cocky just starte off with a freindship and then see where that leads
