It is a highly toxic animal byproduct but I love it.
LOL.
We all must die of something in the end who cares.

Beef jerky is DELICIOUS! Go to a gas station and pick some up! You can get all kinds of flavors now, although most jerky is pretty expensive.

Not only that, it is quite easy to make at home.
Buy very lean beef, sliced about 1/8 inch thick...it's easiest to ask your butcher to do that for you. Bring home five pounds of it sliced like that, put it in a large mixing bowl or a gallon-size freezer bag. Dump a cupful of prepared Teriyaki sauce on it and stir to coat all the meat. Seal the freezer bag or cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put in your fridge overnight.
Next day, set your oven on 200 degrees. Spread the sliced, marinated beef in a single layer on cookie sheets. You may have to do this in two separate batches, depending on the size of your oven. Put the meat on the cookie sheets in the oven and let 'em bake for four hours. Remove and let cool. When meat is at room temperature, store it in pint-size freezer bags. Put all but one bag in your freezer - keep the one bag out for snacking on. When that's gone, get another from the freezer and let it thaw for snacking.
You can use quite a variety of sauces for marinating beef. The only limit is your taste buds' tolerance for spicy stuff.
HINT: Teenagers LOVE this stuff, especially if you use something really spicy as marinade.
Hey, it's an all-American treat! Our friend Sharkey is about as imaginative as a dead mackerel...is he even alive? Obviously, his taste buds aren't...
