spam is unwanted email. typically it's a junk mail or spam filter in your email application.

For a browser you may be thinking of pop-up ads, that would typically be a pop up blocker which could be part of the browsers security settings, a toolbar you've added such as the yahoo tool bar (could have multiple overlapping tool bars), or via anti-virus/internet security applications like Norton or McAffee.

1.In Yahoo mail mark a message as spam.
The sender will be blocked and the messages will go to BULK folder
2. In Outlook Express open the mail and select Block Sender. Also you can create Rules to block future messages, by adding some conditions.
3. IN IE or Firefox no settings. Only in Email programs such as Yahoo Mail/Hotmail/Outlook/Outlook Express/Incredimail/
etc.
Para two : Use an email address for close relatives and friends.
Use another for others and entering in web pages for newsletter etc.
In spite of all spam will continue . Try this program
