With all the offers and promotions to get people to buy from and use the Internet, how long before someone pulls the plug and starts charging. nothing this good be as cheep as it is forever!!

To explain a bit further... I was thinking of e-mail for examle. Is the Goverment making any money out of it now and if not will they in future and how?.

It's only a matter of time afore the whole shabang is free. I am totally fed up with oor Virgin buffs who are giving special offers to new folk but letting us "Valued customers" pay the big bucks for sticking with them!!! Surely we should be considered fur a wee bit of discount, as we huv paid top dollar fur yonks!!!!!

They're all making money or they wouldn't be doing it. I'm not sure what you mean but all I.S.P's charge for their services some how or other. If not directly then through offers to use their other services, such as T.V. which they charge much for and are making loads of money for.

The "unlimited use" model is ingrained at this point...no one would sign up for anything else.
