a person with tear stained eyes, would you wonder why, or just keep going on by?

I'd wonder why. I see people stressed at work all the time. Our customer's cause it most of the time, they don't know what they are doing and our agents refuse to cry while they are on the phone. But they break up when they get off the phone and have to go outside, or they are just having a personal break down. I usually try to calm them down or find out what I can do to help. But the job is really hard and customer's are really inconsiderate. I had one tell me the other day that I was personally incompetent. I had nothing to do with his order until he had called me that day. He was someone from the Air Force, and I admire and respect them and quite frankly I expect better from someone like that. I even got upset then. That is the 2nd time I broke down in 2 years and I have taken sup calls and everything. But point is I see it all the time and I try to help.

I would wonder why but I don't have the guts to go up to the person and ask if everything is alright. At most, I'll give them a nice smile in the hope of lifting their broken spirits up a little.

I would wonder why, but I wouldn't ask I'd just go on by, because every time I try to show my grief, people fuss and complain that it is none of my business.

I would be very curious why but i would keep my curiosity in check. After all, not everyone in this mood likes to be disturbed.

I would try to find out, or at least give them a lotion to help them with their affected skin
