You can't, even if you bought all the books on numismatics you still could not get them all. A lot from some countries where never kept or lost by wars. A web site would have to be huge and take many years to put together. If some one does do it in the few years, you can bet it will cost you.

There are sites that list mintage figures for current and some past US and Canadian coins, and a number of European countries' mintages, but you won't be able to find a site for every country. I can assure you that. You can try national bank sites for current coins, or get hold of a copy of the Standard Catalog of World Coins but even the big book figures are not always accurate or available. If you're looking for mintage figures for certain coin types or from a few countries then I can try to help you with that.
