Not everything you want you allways get. And she may not want you, so dont leave wife stay loyal and true, karma is no good if second time arround someone does it to you, even though its just feelings you have not acted on , you cant look at someone and want them and expect them to want you back, unless she to feels the same and is attracted to you also, other than that no game.

You don't, unless you are in an open marriage and your wife agrees. Ask yourself why you want to do approach this girl (other than because you're horny). Are you bored/unhappy/frustrated with life/work/marriage? You real question should be how you can work to resolve that.

Start off by just saying," Hello. how's it going today?"
Then little by little, step by step, if want to win her trust and get to know her as for her to know you.
Normally I would say ask her out but being she is Indian (I', assuming East Indian, not native Indian), It may not be in her families best interest to date out of her culture?
That's why you take it slow until she indicates other wise.
