My PC comfortably meets the recommended requirements but when running games the frame rate is juddering.

I tried turning down all the display options to the lowest settings but still hasn't sorted the problem.

Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks

What's the game (and it's stated requirements) and what are your computer's specs- processor type, amount of RAM and what video card? And what operating system are you running? Without that info, people really don't have much to go on...

I guess it would help if we knew what program you were referring to. Many games require massive amounts of memory, super duper video cards and many other options that won't be invented until next year. (This is called ego tripping by the the developers) Go to the game options and switch off things like shadows and try to increase a halo (fog) effect around the scene to reduce the demand on your video card. Also go to the forums associated with that game and check out the specs. You may find your super fast 1 day old computer is just not good enough. My advice - ditch the game and use your computer for something more constructive.

I should point out that many games are jittery on even the best computers. Especially if you're comparing what you see with a Playstation or Xbox. These dedicated machines do a far better job.

may be numerous issues, verify your HDMI cable or AV cables and if possible, attempt to use an different cable from yet another product. The CPU or GPU could are starting to be dusty and is not any longer appearing properly using warmth themes. nonetheless i prefer to advise asking Sony to envision it out, there may be a defective area.
