How do celebrity epileptics cope with flash photography?

Are there any famous, presumably A-list celebrities who are epileptics? How do they cope with the barrage of flashes from the paparazzi?

I'm not sure if you know, but a while back they invented these things called 'Sun glasses'. Most epileptics use these.
