i think that all my facts are right. I'm conservative and pro-life. I also support the alexa law. It states that if I kill you/unborn baby i can get charged with 2 murders. here's what doesn't make sense. a liberal woman in kansas is 1 month preggers. she wants an abortion. all her liberal friends/family are like oh it's ok go 4 it. she does it. another liberal woman is 1 month pregnant, but this time she wants the baby. i get in a car wreck w/ her and kill her and the baby. i get charged w/ 2 murders. my point is it's murder only if the woman wants the baby, yet the supreme court stated that unborn children aren't people some 30 years ago i believe. am i the only person that says this law contradicts itself? I don't believe in abortion except in the case where the 9 y/o was raped and got pregnant. she needed the abortion to save her live, also, no 9 y/o should have that kind of trauma.

It does seem to be a paradox. I guess the mother gets to decide if life is viable or not.

If a woman and her unborn child are on the way to an abortion clinic for an abortion, and a drunk driver kills them. He should be charged with two murders. It is a good law.

Who is to say the woman would have gone through with the abortion?

Well I agree with you on your issues, I would say that it depends on the accident. Were you at fault and negligent? If so then Murder is a good charge. If it were a true accident then there should be no charges. I believe in the Murder for the unborn clause.

Sorry but you car accident isn't murder. Murder must have intent.

Then I want to add you do indeed need to be put away.

We are making progress in this issue. We haven't completely outlawed abortion but have patience we will. Its the new Holocaust, unfortunately some are slow to realize that.

Freedom of control over your own body should not be outlawed.
