Gee, we've only been in the 21st (not 21th, unless you have a lisp) century for less than 7 years. That really doesn't give inventions much time to even become well known, nor does it give us a perspective to judge.

Perhaps the Wii? Any video game system that helps people loose weight is at least a good invention, in my book.
