I've just turned 18 and for the past year my period comes a day earlier. It used to be at the end of the month and now it comes in the middle. Is this normal? They usually last for a normal 5 days and don't flow abnormally. Is it just me being paranoid?

I kinda recognize what you're dealing with. over the previous year i've got had truly loopy classes and that they have got been continuously enormously lots on time...27-29 day cycle and classes often continuously lasted approximately 5 days. My cycles have been everywhere from 23-28 days. i've got had era interior the previous year that have lasted just about 7 days and in basic terms those days I had a era that for the period of elementary terms lasted 2 days! one concern that i've got been informed is that i assume our bodies wade by using a "substitute" approximately each and every 6-8 years and issues quiet down after approximately 6 months. i'm nevertheless attempting to verify why mine are so astonishing, yet i'd advise which you possibly attempt going to verify your checklist. possibly they are in a position to run some tests and supply you an more suitable answer than I easily have gained so a procedures. stable success!

That's completely normal. (The rule is count 28 days from the start of your period, or subtract 2-3 days from the date ie: if you got it on June 20, you could expect it around July 18) It will naturally be a few days earlier, in the month, each cycle.

that is completely normal. the normal cycle is 28 days from start to start if that makes any sense. that was why it used to be called the moon cycle, the timing is more precise then once a month like we are told now.

Weird. I'm 32 and my periods have always been pretty much bang on 28 days apart. UNTIL just recently, ie this year, they've been a day early each time.

Oooh.

Maybe the moon has shrunk. Or something.

your period is perfect and normal
My period comes from 03 to 05 day earlier each month and rarely comes 07 days earlier.
Also the period may come late 02 or 03 days all this is normal.

Do not worry

well the average cycle is 28 days long. so the due day will always be closer, eg if you were on last month on the 28th this month it will probably be due on the 24th. hoever not every one is regular.
