Which kind of acting are you hoping to break into? Film, stage, etc.
AMDA is a very good program. I have had several friends go through the program and they have had great experiences there.
While training is very important, remember that the one things an actor does... is act. Do as many auditions as you can! Even if you end up "sword carrier #3" in Romeo and Juliet, every role adds to your resume and makes you more marketable as a an actor.

Your answers agree on Julliard. They are most likely correct.
The best school will the the one that is hardest to get into.
By limiting their enrollment to only the most gifted, Julliard gets my OK as an acting school. For sure, never go to a school that takes anyone who applies. They just want money.

Professionally, AMDA is not a top school and will do nothing
for you, as far as becoming a working actor.
AMDA is a very poorly ranked school. All of the AMDA students I know dropped out because it is so bad.
AMDA is a very tiny blip on the radar as far as acting training.

Are you extreme? i actually wish not. you at the instant are not involved interior the "guidance" section? properly wager what, that's what performing college is for! in case you think of you'er so great and don't desire guidance, why are not you an actor already? it truly is the variety one undesirable trait an actor could have: an unwillingness to income new skills and take path. you at the instant are not something extra effective than a caught up loser. people who choose to chase their dream pass to performing college. fool.
