yikes thats a lot of dogs but yes i have no problem with saying no especally with that issue

It all depends on what I am having to say no to. Taking another animal(dog or cat) is not hard for me to say no to tho. I don't do well having cats and dogs. However when people give me chickens and ducks I do take those.

It really depends on what it is that is hard to say no to , I mean if say someone i liked asked me out , and i was busy , then it would be no , then because i am legal to do certain things , it would be hard to say no i surpose it would have to be yes SMILE

It all depends on what I'm saying yes or no to. Some things I can easily say, "Oh, hell no!" and others....well, there will always be some things I'll find hard put to refuse.
