There's a number of words, generally speaking a Bigot, Zealot or Fundamentalist. There are even a few specific labels if you are against a specific religion, eg Anti-Semitic.

Discrimination is holding how someone was born against them. Religion is a way of thinking, not a fact of life, so no discrimination is in play.

Religion is an idea and should be treated as such. It should be open to criticism. This is not discrimination. If religion were exempt from criticism, this would amount to discrimination.
