I grated my finger, lost a whole chunk of skin. Didnt find it. Still fed the cheese to everyone on their spag bog that evening,

oh yes! true story! I wanted to make a cheese sandwich, it was like 22 at night, and I accindetely cut off a piece of my finger. I didn't have plasters, so I wrapped it in toiletpaper to stop the blood from getting on my clothes, but it just kept bleeding so eventually I ended up biking through the rain to the first aid post where I had to wait for four hours surrounded by drunks and crying babies before the docotr told there wasnit really anything he could do. I still have a scar!

Ooh yes! Very painfull! Fingernail isn't so bad, just annoying, but grated finger us painfull and puts people off the cheese!

specific, I even have (on quite a few events) grated my knuckles and fingertips. it rather is purely adequate to sting, yet nonetheless unsightly! for this reason I now stay away from grating something it rather is totally small, like the final of the cheese.

Oh yes, hurts like mad and you have to pick the 'soiled' bits of cheese out!
I've also chopped through my nail and finger while slicing carrots and sewn through my finger on the sewing machine...

Ouch, yes....frequently. I don't like to waste cheese so it all has to be grated right down to the last little bit!

Yes. I also whacked part of my nail off chopping lettuce at Pizza Hut. Came close to losing the tip of my finger.

No but I've done it while I was grating some lime skins, and it was on the thumbs knuckle!

Always, also when grating bread to make crumbs
be careful when feeding any gratings to vegetarians!!! :-)

yeah and it bloody well hurt lol i buy grated cheese in packs now lol so i dnt have to grate it myself im lazy hehe
