yes I think they do, because firstly some of our members have had personal experience by observing their dogs dreamlike movements whilst asleep.
Secondly I think, the main reason most of the animals or at least mammals sleep, is to DREAM. It is only when we are asleep, our senses are least influenced by outside stimulants and stresses and our internal organs, neural systems and brain have natural communication (resetting our natural survival kits) putting it differently dream .
Depending on what data gets to our brain (consciously or unconsciously) through our senses, our self organizing brain deals with it when we sleep.(dream) that is why we move a bit or make a sound ( talk, growl .....) .
Remember our brain paralyzes some of our mussels when we sleep to prevent us flying through our windows whilst we dream about flying!! So I think dogs dream but do they talk about their dreams or are they aware of it?who knows!!?

I think they do because sometimes when they are sleeping sometimes i have seen and hear a dog bark as if it is chasing something. This occurred mostly after a hunting spree, meaning that the mind of the dog was active in dream land.
