I am downloading some movies thru internet and i tried to burn them to the cds. But after burning and when i played those cds in the player the quality of the video has been reduced. I have download DVD rips and the video has very good quality while playing in my computer, whereas the same video in the cds got reduced quality! i am thinking that burning them with low speed (ex: 4X, 8X) may give the exact quality of video in cds. I previously burned the cds with 24x and 32x speed. Give some advices how to burn them without loosing the quality of video.

Nero has probably reduced the quality in order to fit the movie on the cd. Try burning it to a dvd disc instead.

This has to do with video encoding. Some video encodings will create good quality videos which have a large file size. While others will create videos of subpar quality with a small file size. I recommend you using the best encoding that is avaialable, like MPEG-4. It could also be that the movie will not fit on your disc and that is why the software has reduced the quality and hence the file size. It usually happens when you are trying to burn DVD movies to a CD.

Hope that helps!

Cheak your vedio clip extention. If it is unknown for any player you have in your computer , You have to load code or convert with known file extention.
