Are the great family loving and christian Republicans being revealed to be what they really are?
Would you be really mean if you said maybe, just maybe that the right wing of the Republican Party was made up of chicken hawks, Vice President Cheney, 5 college deferments to avoid going to war in Viet Nam and George W Bush, 3 months in the Air National Guard in Texas guarding the air over Texas and another 3 months in the jungles of Alabama. Would it be mean to say they might, just might be hypocrits?

I guess it's the equivalent of standing on a pulpit raving against homosexuality while having a fling with one while high on drugs. I have found after more than a half century of living, those who scream the loudest about destroying family values generally have the most to hide because they are the worst offenders. You certainly don't see the majority of democrats preaching to America about our morals, they at least have enough sense to recognize the skeletons in their own closets.

I have yet to see ANY great politicians when it comes to real honesty.

Most of them are hypocritical, and all them have some dirty little secrets.

The thing I have more a problem with are all of the people who think it's worse to get a BJ from an intern than it is to start a war under false pretenses and plunge the entire country into crippling debt.

Would you say that your completely bias in your own opinion?

I am as US army Lt. Apache pilot along with many of my friends who serve with me in combat are Conservative Republicans. So by your statements you would be saying that I and my fellow soldiers that believe in our fight because we know the cost of failure and fight all the more harder are hypocrites. Go talk your bull crap somewhere else and if your going to attack hard working and fighting soldiers and citizens just don't. If you want to say crap about the president or other elected officials be pacific or just shut up. Though since your comments seem to ridicule not serving in the military you could ENLIST, but chances are you won't so I say again be pacific about who you target because my job is hard enough without idiots like you running there mouths.

You misspelled "hypocrites." Yours is just another example of left wing liberal loony Bush-bashing. I support the President and Vice-President. Neither has committed any criminal acts. You cannot say that about Clinton, Sandy Berger, et al.

Last I checked, any person, no matter what their ideology, was capable of hypocrisy and some people are both sides of the fence are demonstrably hypocritical.

And other than the fact that you want to call right-wingers hypocrites, what is your point?

No. The political world is full of hypocrites: take Hillary, Al Gore or Nancy Pelosi for example.

Don't liberals find that sort of thing acceptable? Kind of hypocritical that they use it as an arguing point.

Republicans want the war in Iraq in order that they can benefit from its oil and receive concessions from arms sale.
