charcoal.I am old school and like the flavor that the coals bring out better.

Propane. Easy to cook with since you can regulate the tempature.

Propane, because Hank Hill said so, and I kind of look like Bobby Hill except I'm thin. I'm trying to get fat, though.

I prefer to use wood then if the meat is done add some more and just sit close to the fire and talk, sip your wine and enjoy the company.
