So i'm leaving on vacation to my lake house and all my family and I will be doing is jetskiing and boating in the middle of the lake all day for a week. Problem is, I'll be on my period. The thing that sucks is when to freakin change my tampon! I dont want to ask my dad if i can 'go to the gas station for candy' like every 4ish hours just to cover up the fact that i need a restroom to do my 'duties'. What should I do? Should i just use a higher level of tampon protection? lol aghhh! i'm so frustrated! help!

You can wear a tampon for up to 8 hours (Just no longer!) I'd assume that you would have bathroom access in that time frame. if you are worried about leaking you can either wear a higher absorbancy or a pad.

Take extra tampons with you (heavy duty of course) and a blanket. When you need to change your tampon, snuggle under your blanket and do what you gotta do.

relax.. you can use a pad. use it double. it can go up to 5-6 hrs max. but, must make sure to change okay.? or if you want, put 2 on top of the 2 which is pasted already. then, when you want to change, you just take it out & no need to paste one more which will take time :)

If your currently on a birth control pill you can either skip or delay your period. It's very easy and also safe.

i had this panic mutually as i became into on mine whilst i needed to swim to boot. You dont might desire to placed on something as long as you're in the water. in case you would be out of water for like half-hour then i recommend you placed something on. yet like i mentioned as long as you're in the water you supply up bleeding. i wish this helps! have relaxing on your trip!!!
