I'm going with the lesser of two evils in saying who's "better", and that's Mr. Kennedy. At least I can tolerate a short Kennedy title reign on RAW, but Orton may as well steal one of HBK's nicknames (the Showstopper) because the day he becomes a 2-time champion is the day I stop watching RAW (at least until he loses the title, which I can find out about by keeping a close eye on WWE.com).
As for who should be the next WWE Champion, that should be Lashley in 9 days. After that, it should be King Booker at SummerSlam.

I say Orton becuase Kennedy is new and never has been in contention for a major title that he worked for the hard way. ( no beat the clock). I thinhk orton should have one maybe 2 1 on 1 singles matches then if he does not win the I rthink kennedy and Booker T are next in line with triple hhh

Ken Kennedy has been my favourite since Eddie passed away, but Randy Orton should be the wwe champ...not that good for nothing (except getting wwe money) punk

I hear ya Orton is the only reliable heel on uncooked and probably interior the WWE top now. JBL is hyped up i think of flow back to the APA thats the final ingredient you ever did. Mr. Kennedy I dont think of is waiting yet and that i could truly prefer to work out Hardy win the belt and flow with it like that witch replaced into planed yet he style of messed that up. So Orton is superb for now yet hopefully we can get a chnge b4 to long I dont think of he sis very reliable on his promos

based on championships won, the answer is clear. the better superstar is Misssstttterrrr.......... Orton.......... Orton! the next champ will likely be Orton. Ken Anderson was in line for the title that Edge now holds, but he got injured (again). he's probably gonna have to put in a bunch of injury free time before wwe hangs a belt on him. that being said, Anderson is said to have been taken under the wing of SCSA, definitely a plus.

I think Randy is slightly better but Kennedy has a better attitude. Kennedy should be champ.

This is a though one, since Orton and Kennedy both happen to be 2 of my favorite wrestlers. So I will have to plead the fif on this one. But, I do hope that one of them get it even though they both deserve it. Maybe, one will capture the Championship, while the other one gets the Intercontinental. And then they capture the Tag-Team titles together and rule RAW.

Out of those two, I would say Kennedy deserves it more, as he's been behaving himself. Until Orton learns to conduct himself in a proper manner, his second reign will be tantalizingly out of reach. Which is a shame, as he has all the talent to succeed, and I think he would be a blast as a heel champion. (WWE would do it properly, rather then rush it, like with his transitional reign as a face, which bombed).
