Is there meant to be 6 or 7 numbers?

is there meant to be 6 or 7 numbers on the back of the signature strip on the visa electron debit card? I've only got 6.

I have NEVER heard of ANY card being issued with incorrect number of digits, but I guess there is always a first time ...

If you have any concerns, locate the Card Agreement documents that came with your debit card and look up the "Customer Care" phone number and ask them.
