it wont cause any infection but their are product on the market that you can purchase for lubricant - just once you are sexually active and want to involve a partner with condoms. DONT use vaseline - it has a oil base product and will cause the comdom to break.
check out KY jelly website and see if they have free samples.
I really encourage you to buy a product - your parents dont have to know.

Vaseline may be OK for mast., but don't make it habit. When you are with a partner using condom, you will have to use a water soluble base like KY jelly. At that time even oil of any kind will not be good as it may damage the condom. This you have to bear in mind. All the best!
PS-
To ..... (greek alphabets I think) who asked above in his ans,
To make sure that there is enough lubrication, some people don't depend only on the natural secretion. If it is not adequate, it may result in soreness or minor trauma later, as you are not aware you are damaging yourself in ecstasy. I hope I make sense to you. All the best!

vaseline and baby oil are BAD! vaseline is petroleum based and baby oil is mineral based... the only things you shuold use in your cooch are water based and silicone based!
Olive oil or vegetable oil is probably the best thing you have around the house, but they have like little bottles of KY warming liquid at walmart for just a couple bucks

No, Vaseline is not a good lubricant.
Olive oil is better. Its non toxic, natural and easily found. Va saline is a petroleum base product, Not water soluble. Please don't use it it will cause trouble. I am an assistant to a very well respect GYN and she tells her Pt's to use Olive oil.

It's ok . . . but being oil-based, it's not as 'compatible' with your body as a water-based lube would be. I think usually a water based lube is recommended. For anal, use something thicker like KY jelly, rather than any of the fancier liquid kinds.

It should be fine but very messy.
I read the other answers, my bad! I agree, olive oil is a good lubricant. Why can't you buy a good lubricant? Is it too expensive? (olive oil is expensive, too). You don't have to be a certain age to buy KY Jelly.
