would you rather see the real person behind the question or answer rather than a silhouette or poster?

I don't have a problem with it. There are alot of sick people out there. I am not putting my picture up for anyone to...
That and I love my avatar.

Edit: I must admit... Avatars can be misleading though. I once assumed a contact of mine was a woman. D@mn was I surprised to learn he was a man!!! I had been answering all his questions referring to him as a woman!

I would rather see the real person....but I really don't feel like putting my picture up so I really can't complain!

i personally like to see the person behind the question/answer, but i can understand the reluctance to expose too much of yourself on line. (yes, that is really and truly me in the avatar pic.)

I like to see real pics...but don't be fooled in to thinking all the photos are real...lots aren't...

and I prefer my avatar cartoon...

i think it takes some form of courage and possibly a lack of common sense to do it, but it seems a bit more personable so i do it~
