Darth Vader's death and cremation always get me going.
The departure at the end of "Gattaca" is also quite emotional.
Certain sections of "Saving Private Ryan".
"Permanent Record" is just *WAY* too depressing!!

Gladiator - when Maximus discovers his murdered family and when he dies in the Colisium
Ben Hur - when his mother & sister are cured of leprosy
Saving Private Ryan - when Tom Hanks character dies
Titanic - when the Irish mom is telling her children a story - knowing they are all going to drown & the old couple lying in bed - facing death together
Schindlers List - too many to detail, but especially the little boy standing chest high in feces - trying to hide from the Nazis
Steel Magnolias - the death scene in the hospital
Armageddon - when Bruce Willis is saying goodbye to his daughter
We Were Soldiers - death scenes
And probably many, many more

Last Of the Dog Men is a classic. Tom Berringer's discovery of the Cheyanne tribe and subsequent saving their way of life, then rejoining the tribe always brought a tear to my eyes(and I'm a 50 year old man!)

One of my favorites not listed here is "Good Will Hunting" with Matt Damon, Minnie Driver and Ben Afleck. Also, "Set it Off", with Jada Pinkett, Queen Latifah, Vivica A. Fox & Kimberly Elise was very good.
