I just got this idea from raspberry who, at the tender age of 18, is asking if she's old, bless her!
What do you consider to be 'old'? Personally, I don't think there's a definite age. I've seen 40 year olds acting like they're on their last legs, and eighty year olds who are still rocking with the best of them. So, how old is 'old?

I have to admit I agree with you. I don't think age is relevant anymore than sex race or religion is. People are people and it depends on them my Mum is 73 and still jets off round the world, in December she is climbing over the Sydney harbour bridge! I have a neighbour who is 65 and she acts like a rights old biddy!

I think 60 and up is old. But I know what you mean with 40 year olds acting "old" and 80 year olds acting younger. My grandmother is 82 and I swear she has more energy than I do. But her sister who is 10 years younger than her has less than half the energy she does

I was 26 when I put my 72 year old gramps to work with me doing some construction work....he retired from helping me at 76..... so maybe 76. oh by the way he's only 5'4" =), but mean as the devil is red

even my grandad who sit on a rocking chair all day long still thinks that he's young...

Anyone 20 years older then me is "old" ... anyone 10 years younger is "young"
