Tampons are your only option if you are going swimming. (try using slender models and make sure it is in all the way--if it isn't, it can hurt)

Use the smallest tampon size, the one for "light days" They are very very small, and just make sure you insert it in far enough. Thats prolly why you don't thikn they are comfortable because you only put it in right at the tip of the vaginal opening. You don't wanna wear a big bulky pad with ur bathing suit now do ya? Try the tampon.

that is stable you do not choose to apply tampons, I advise why everybody makes use of tampons whilst they are in a position to placed on cups is previous me, yet pads are a stable option too if it truly is all you go with to apply suitable now...yet you won't have the ability to apply pads whilst swimming. think of roughly it, how will a pad paintings interior the water?? in case you do not choose to apply tampons or cups then you certainly won't have the ability to swim suitable now, sorry yet you will in basic terms ought to take a seat down out this time - and in case you have ran out of pads then pass to the keep as quickly as you may, in case you haven't any one to borrow pads from interior the advise time in basic terms use lavatory paper or clean textile folded up into your underclothes for now.

Get a diva cup. They are more comfortable than tampons because they don't leave you feeling dry and uncomfortable.

after awhile of using tampons you will get used to them. Like one person said previously there are menstrual cups, but to me they hurt.

Yeah, you could get one of those cups. But I think if you hate tampons you will hate that worse....

There's a new product called a sponge, but you really should back out or find some innertube to float in.
Don't you wonder what our ancestors did?
