Hmmmm I'd say 9, but sometimes the people PISSES OFF A LOT!
All the time I'm sleeping, I hear this old lady saying, "Manuela! Manuela! aonde estas o teu pai?"... she's crazy but it still make the crap out of me angry because I usually wake up at 5:00 AM and she starts yelling earlier than that!

I honestly want to give it a 10. With 10 being the best or highest rating. BUT the government we got is screwing everything up. SO with their help I believe it has dropped some. BUT the country is GREAT. It really comes down to the government. They are taking away all so many of our freedoms that we once had. WE the PEOPLE, need to wake up before it is too late. I'm sure you already know I am speaking of the good old USA.

It depends on what's important to you, but I and the UN rate it #1 (Canada). And my city, (Vancouver), ranges from 1 to 3 in the world. Now the later I'll quibble with. The other two cities are Zurich and Berne in Switzerland.

My favourite city is New York City...only in Brooklyn can you here a hear a middle aged women yell out her window...."Sex....Sex here.....Sex is over here!"...and ten minutes later have the same woman yell..."Pick up your pizza!"....
