Just listen to what it is she is actually saying...
Nagging only begins because a person has constantly had to remind someone again and again to do or not to do something that really is beneficial or simply bugs them.
So do not belittle your wife/Girlfriend by calling her a nag and realise that you may simply be the cause of it.
You may have heard the question asked why is it that when a woman argues she always drags stuff up that happened years months or days ago...it's because the woman is simply providing the answer to why she is no longer nagging but is now angry.
It is natural nurturing skill, that she resorts to in response to an immature person.
Do as she asks, or make a mature and adult response but never pretend that you are listening or say sorry until you really feel you understand why you are sorry or why she feels you should be.

I like my gf for the reason that she never nags. She nevers does because the second she thinks about doing so I tell her " Nagging is the N# 1 reason guys become jerks". Works for me.

Every time she begins to nag you, kinda chuckle.
As the nagging gets worse, so does the laughing at a relative rate.
Don't tell her what you're laughing at, let her figure it out on her own!
People hate to be laughed at, so when she finally figures out what you are laughing at, she will stop it immediately if she really believes that you are humored with it!

tell her you do notice and appreciate all the little things she does for you that make your life more comfortable...
Then kiss her even when she pushes you away
cuddle her in a caring fashion

That's easy, with a truck.... No really, communication is the key to any relationship, you must establish away that both of you can talk to one another and then the relationship and the trust will go. If that don't work get a bigger truck
