Why not? It makes an amazing change in this world, to mention to young technical people that I'm not too bright about my PC because I'm old - and to have their attitude change instantly. Every excuse is raised to bolster my self esteem, they are gentler, kinder and concerned about my machine and my welfare. None of the scorn and boredom of having to deal with the wrinkles and crumblies from THEM.

They are the most courteous young people you could meet anywhere on line and I would be incredibly proud of them if they were my grandchildren.
