I think they have, if they didnt have they wont had known when to cut as soon as their first child came out of EVA kitty of halo llolololo Actually Adam and Eva is merely an alphbet for the 'unknown origin of man kind', they never live and walked on earth. The whole story teach us that man-kind chose knowledge over instinct, as a reason of stop living in eden.

God knows and me LOL. They were "made" by God so they did not have a navel. Only those born of a woman have one as it is the place where the umbilical cord attaches. God didn't need that

I believe they did. G-d made them as though they had been born, and that would include navels.
