For the past week or week and a half, i've been having butterflies in my stomach. Does anyone know why? I'm not nervous or excited or anything. Do you guys have any answers for me?

There is a chance that i may be about 4 weeks. If i was pregnant, would i feel butterflies??

Could be too much sugar and not enough food.

Sorry I didn't see your additional details askin if you could be pregnant. From what i've read, then yes you could start feeling butterflies at four weeks pregnant. Was your last period normal? I'd take a HPT!! good luck!

I have this sometimes and it's accompanied with shortness of breath even though I'm not nervous or anything. I think it's a very mild form of a panic attack.

I think u say something like butterfly! if is like that yes it my be pregnancy.but if it is butterfly go to see ur doctor right no. good luck.

You probably have a little stomach virus. Drink lots of water, it will go away.
