Buy counter strike. Download steam (steampowered.com) register your counterstrike cd key with steam, play through there.

you need the game Counter Strike
you need a fast internet connection (512kb minimum)
and a program called Steam, it comes with Counter Strike usually.

Lots of time to waste and a relatively low IQ. Probably should go buy the game CD also, and get an internet connection.
