"Its called a fire sale, whereas they take out our power, water, nuke, everything will be gone."
*friend looks at you and whispers, "hey, thats the guy from dodgeball, hes cute"
"hah huuu hah, your prettier than I am"
*friend looks at you. takes his hand up and says, "Ya man, give me five, that guys awesome!"
Yes, that has happen to me. Any movie I go to, I will always go with a different friend in hopes they don't TALK or interact with me. I have failed to get friends that follow my request. I LOVE movies. Love it so much that I get into it, I cannot take my eyes of the theater screen. I hate Talkers, responders, especially when their your friends. It ruins the atmosphere in which the movie creates. That isolated zone in which you make is invaded and you cannot find the movie entertaining ne more
Time for me to watch movies alone.

Your friend talks incessantly.
Something happens in the movie that they didn't hear because they were prattling on so.
They ask you, "What just happened?"
While they are asking you this, something ELSE is happening, that you are now BOTH missing.
What the FOCK?

That's nothing compared to sitting next to a cretin who had just seen the movie twice and is watching for the third time with a friend and starts to give his pal a blow by blow account of what's about to happen in the next scene. I've actually thought about strangling a guy who did this once, maybe while the lights were out in the theater and then silently slipping out when no one was looking.

I hate that, too! But there times which a timely response makes the movie better. Like during the movie Ratatouille there's a moment that Linguine is sleeping and Remy is controlling his movements and I made a comment about how that's what happens when you take too much Ambien and the whole audience laughed!

i've got faith your discomfort - i'm a teenager and that p*sses me off to the max too! My friends and that i for my section bypass to visual demonstrate unit the action picture so because it is rather demanding. however the element that annoys me maximum is sons and daughters leaping up and down on the seats, guffawing, crying and screaming! I take my little cousins and that they are able to be waiting to take a seat down there and be quiet. I shouldn't say the little ones annoy me, the mothers and dads annoy me for no longer doing something approximately it. Gosh anybody is so ignorant!!!!!!!

When someone is talking near me in a movie theater, I simply turn to them and say: "Hey, why don't you save the audio commentary for the DVD?"
That usually seems to work.

Well, take your "going to the movies friends" and convert them into your "watching DVD at home friends"; that should solve the problem

seriously understand the way your feeling........i go through the damn same thing too sumtimes.........it makes me feel like really throwing a fist at any guy that chit chats while a movie is going on......really pisses me off........so kinda suggest you start going alone.......let your 'friend' this time be the cinema screen, and you wont have any problem with that 'friend' making noise......
