I am colour blind and have solved a rubix cube.
Yes, whoever answered the first question is correct, you see different shades of gray. Match them up maybe label them.
I have done it labeled and unlabeled. Hardest is unlabeled. AND I AM NOT A GENIUS!

yes he can, if he is a genius he will ask a person to mark the colors with letters or numbers (ie. blue is 1, green is 2) and then he can solve it. Being a genius also means how well you can implement your resources , meaning not only your mind but also the human resources around you.

Yes. Color blindness doesn't mean they see in black & white. The colors are just a little difficult to differentiate -- greens appear more brown or tan.

Yes. No one can be fully colourblind. Colourblind is where you can see the colours but your brain gets the names mixed up. Green and Blue and easy for them to get mixed up. It would be hard but possible
