I cringe whenever I hear someone wants to name their baby a unique name. Such as Moon Unit or Cathedral Dome[real names]. Look to names in your family tree or or where your ancestors were from, such as mine were Scot [Scotland].
If it's too unique the child will suffer embarassment. Best baby wishes.

Dear Penguin,

I m writing on behalf of your future daughter or son.

Please remember that one day I might wish to be taken seriously by people who will educate me, pay my wages, and consider me for great things should I be able to live up to such things. People live up to their names. Give me one that is unique but not cute, ridiculous, impossible to pronounce by looking at the spelling.... I may be ungrcious about a boring name, but I will be at a great disadvantage with a ridiculous, cutesy, or unpronouncable name.
