how do i enable flash and wma on my psp (v. 3.50) without wifi?

Unfortunately you cannot activate them without wifi access. You may want to try going near the following to see if they have free WiFi access/Hotspots.

go to 'System Settings' and click on 'Enable WMA Playback'

and itlll enable it...

do the same for 'Enable Flash'
