you could try self-insemination. Get a large syringe from Dr. or a turkey baster, the kind with a bulb on one end. Have husband put 3 or 4 days worth or more of sperm into a clean recepticle and store. -I'd have to look up what temperature it is stored at-in the refrigerator I think. Use an ovulation predictor kit to know what day is best to get pregnant. On that day you or your husband can inject[no needle] the syringe high into the vagina. Lie in bed with legs up on pillows for 30 minutes to allow gravity to help. God bless you.
Also no tight pants or hot tub for husband, no lap top computer on husband's lap, both of you don't stand too close to microwave oven. Husband wear loose boxers undies. You take a daily vitamin. Go to a prayer web site to get hundreds or more people to pray for you. God bless you.

It's time to go back to the doctor. They should be doing more. You'll probably need to do either an insemination or IVF to get pregnant, depending on how low his sperm count is. The doctor should have been testing him after they gave him the pills.

Have you considered IVF?? Artificial insemination?? Medication doesn't always help a guy with low sperm count, if he smokes and drinks, ask him to consider giving up! Smoking and drinking can reduce sperm by 50%!!!! Good Luck.

Try having sex everyday and when you are done having sex lift your butt up put a pillow under. I would tell him to release in you at least 2-3 times if he can in the same night. And you do not get out of bed after sex stay there and lift that booty up.

Me and my husband were having unprotected sex for almost 6 years before getting pregnant. Sometimes it just takes time..I know it is hard but if you have both been to the doctor and everything is fine, sometimes you just have to have patience. Try having sex as much as possible and have fun while trying.
