9z2 - 6z - 8
product = -8 * 9 = -72
sum = -6
factor = 6 * -12

:.9z2 - 6z - 8 = 9z2 -12z + 6z - 8
= 3z( 3z - 4) +2( 3z - 4)
= (3z + 2)(3z - 4)
