Being obsessive compulsive can be a disorder. If you have to things over and over again just because you are obsessed about it. For example, if you have to wash your hands over and over just because you are obsessed with cleanliness. That is not normal. Being obsessive compulsive is exceptional but there are many other people who have this disorder. If being obsessive compulsive is stopping you from living a normal life or coming in the way of completing your daily chores. I suggest you seek some consultation from a professional.
