I went swimming yesterday, but I took a shower & washed my hair before swimming. I still haven't bathed yet because I'm SO physically tired but I can't sleep. yeah I know my body & hair is full of chlorine but it's dried out now. So should I shower now or go to sleep & wait until later?

If you can't sleep, anything is better than just lying there, so go ahead and take a shower so that you don't have to do it in the morning. Then eat something and try to sleep again.

Good luck. Not being able to sleep really sucks.

Take it shower or take a warm bath and take it easy. It kills bacteria and then when you get of shower and you feel good even you physically drained and tired. Believe , you don't want to be smell stinky chlorine and your hair turned greenish if you are blond or brown. Keep the window open little bit and drink lots of water if it hot or tea or warm chocolate milk .

Just it easy..ok.

Dude do what i do wait to take the shower until people start having headaches just from being in the same room with you

If you smell bad then shower...if you think you're cool wait until morning or take a hoe bath where you just hit the goodies

I'm lazy when it comes to having a shower, but id say have one before you go to bed. Because in the morning it is an even bigger hassle because your tired.

Take a shower first and you'll feel a lot better and you'll go to sleep faster. You might even feel like takin one in the morning too.

Well if you are staying in the house then do what you will. If you are going out then you should take a shower.

no shower now i've been there ...i know your tired but you better shower or you will have a very dry body and damaged hair the next morning!!

if you so tired, get the hell of y!a and go to sleep. and before you do it take a quick shower...you can take a better one in the morning
