As a matter of fact no. So long as u have clarity in what you want to do in future and how is the MBA degree going to help you in achieving that. If you are able to convey your goals and your goalpath in a clear and confident manner in the interview process you are game. So just do a bit of introspection and convince yourself that you really need an MBA and then be confident while explaining the same to the interviewer.

For doing MBA, you don't need any such thing. But think of it practically. What you are going to do after MBA. You are going to manage many matters after MBA.

These co-curricular activities are a little experience in managing and organizing.

Coming to experience. No one expects experience from a fresher. :)

I understand that you are going to apply for MBA. So be clear and confident at the interviews. I cannot suggest anything for the interviews. But prepare well for them.

it is not at all necessary to have work - experience , as a matter of fact colleges like IIM -A, IIM -B etc always look for freshers and stress towards educational knowledge .so dont worry abt it . and for extra curricular activities also dont worry if u dont have any , while giving interviews u can always make up ur answers .moreover just concntrate on getting good score in CAT , XAT ETC IF U GET A CALL THEN ur coaching teachers will surely help u in facing the interviews , so dont worry too much
and all the best.

Direct connection to MBA does not exists. To be a Manager in business one should be ready to take challenges & ability to solve problems with skills acquired. As a matter of experience, & learning ,participation in co-curicular activites & undetaking any good work experience provides added advantage. Moreover cocurricular activities can increase social as well as extrovert behaviour , sportive spirit,& ability to work with people, with diffferent temperment.E.G if one has corporate work experience, while doing MBA one can understand ones mistakes in work /realise the importence of area of work where one is experienced.
