I don't believe we're alone in the universe.Whoever is studying us is totally amazed that such primative creatures are still alive.

I would be more disappointed rather than scared to know we are lonely in the whole universe..

oh geeze. i hate to start thinking about all of that. they both scare the bejeeesis out of me. seriously. but it's impossible/arrogant/ignorant and slightly conceited to think that we are the only living things in this enormous universe.

That we - with all our faults and flaws - are the only intellegent life in the universe. If we are it, it doesn't say much about life.

Being alone doesn't scare me. There are no surprises there. However, unexpectedly finding someone -- someone I don't know -- scares me.
