for example sounds of ocean waves, rain, anything i'm desperate i try and try to go to sleep but i can't and i'm only 15 and i really need to get some sleep because tomorrow i need to wake up early for my drivers ed. exam please help thank you!! =]

I don't know any web sites. But I can imagine how excited you are. Turn all the lights out and tv, computer, music off and just lay still with your eyes closed even if you don't fall asleep it's almost as good as sleeping. It's not good to do with noise going because your brain is paying attention to that stuff. You have to have quiet for it to work correctly.

You should listen to some blues. I would recommend some from the Cowboy Bebop show. yeah, sound geeky, but the music from that show is actually really good. It's what I listen to to fall asleep.

You could also try to read a book before you want to go to bed, that 'll put you out pretty quick.

At Target stores and Hallmark stores I have seen CD's for sale of the calming sounds you speak of.

I had a cd set which had many functions.. 1 of them were to put you to sleep & let you sleep restfully. I cant remember exactly what the name of it was.. BETA KIT it think
