I have a good matie who has just got his Hons degree after struggling against, poor health, family issues, fianancial dispair and serious loss of confidence. Only to be bombarded by jelous so called "mates" who graduated a few years earlier with lower classed degrees with one referring to his ascention to 1st class saying "I wouldnt employ anyone with a 1st class since it is a sign of being a total geek". Now the tables have turned and of us group of 4 the other two really bombard him to promote their own egos. What should he do? I say give the others the cycle with no seat to swivel on the rusty pole. What do you think?

He's in a different class now, so you clearly need a different set of friends. I'm impressed that you kept those losers around this long. Just keep the old friends that love you no matter what, and move on!

Your mate was able to overcome the odds and get his Hons due to wanting it for the right reasons. The window lickers you describe are more into the "prestige" and opinion of others. Well done to your mate.

4 of you go in, but 3 end up dead if you enter forest of the battered heads. And no saddleless bike would help them either. Oh and god save the queen by the way.

Other people can be so negative sometimes. I'd avoid them like the plague. He should disregard any harm and turn towards good influences.

Totally leave them and find people who are nice to be around. It's difficult but the best thing for him to do.

these kind of people are so insecure and so unsure of themselves that they will spend their life pulling people down-its so much easier to blame your other mate for their own downfalls- i think u already know which way to go
