No you can't. To get Umbreon you have to make your Eevee happy and raise it a level at night. To make it happy feed it the Poffins it likes, and give it vitamins (Carbos, Iron etc.). Take it to Veilstone City and get the girl to massage it, Give it the Soothe Bell and put it at the front of your Party and walk around, battle with it, don't let it faint though! Vaporeon = Water Stone
Jolteon = Thunder Stone
Flareon = Fire Stone
Espeon = Level up in morning or day with a high friendship level.
Umbreon = Level up at night with a high friendship level.
Leafeon = Level up at the Stone in Eterna Forrest.
Glaceon = Level up at the Stone on Route 217
Quick way to reach a high friendship level:
Give your Pokemon 8 each of the following:
Protein
Carbos
Iron
Calcium
Zinc
HP Up

no. if ur thinking of evolving into umbreon just make it happy and lvl it up at nite time. oh ur the person i was helping with the eevee evolving into umbreon. well i found out which city the massage lady is in. just gol and check ur answers

if you want an umbreon feed it lots of vitamins to make it happy then level it up one level at nite & if u want espeon do the same thing like 4 umbreon but level it up in the daytime
