I looked at Serebii's D/P PokeDex and it saids that Porygon Z is able to learn Nasty Plot but doesn't show at what level. Does anyone know?

It should know it by level 1. Just go to the move remember and make it remember.

excellent. Outrage could go over Dragon Claw on Garchomp, but that's really only useful during late-game, when most of your opponents' team is weakened. It's really a matter of choice. I don't like Shell Bell on Dusknoir, since I don't see it using Shadow Punch too much. Beat if you play with Item Clause, then I guess you don't have other options. Skarmory, replace either Spikes or Stealth Rock with Drill Peck.

It learns it through heart scale when it evolves into a porygon Z.
