The first one won't do anything, while the second one will give a white precipitate of lead(II) chloride:

Pb(NO3)2 + 2NH4Cl -----> PbCl2 + 2NH4NO3

Or: Pb2+ + 2Cl- ----> PbCl2

and PbCl2 is covalent, unlike other compounds with metallic and non-metallic elements.
