I've been sleeping without a pillow since 3-4 years. I also heard that sleeping without a pillow is good for your back (avoids hunchback). So, is it good to use a pillow or not?

What are the benefits?

I don't know about other people but I sleep with a pillow because it helps keeps fluid from collecting under my eyes and causing puffiness in the morning. It also helps me breath easier and prevents snoring. In your case it seems like a personal preference and that's just fine. There is no evidence that it causes any back problems, it just works for you, so go for it. If you are interested here is a link http://www.ehow.com/how_2034127_reduce-eye-swelling.html

No, it's preference.
I'm not sure of any benefits besides not needing to look for a pillow..?

depends if you lay on your side, that is how the necy can get hyper-extended and cause nerve damage. If on your back i'd say it's ok cuz your almost even, same for stomach.
